If you want to people watch + enjoy a homemade pastry, this is the place!
The coffee, in our opinion, is one of the best in the DTO area. The pastries are all homemade, and so are the coffee syrups. We spent a good 4 hours here and switched to a couple of different seats throughout our time. It was very busy in the afternoon and slowed down around 3ish.
The parking is the only real downside, since you have to pay almost $5 every 2 hours. Luckily, we knew of a promo code that gets you free parking on the ParkMobile app: PARKDTO.
